Sweet Interruptions

I haven't yet been able to write about the biggest part of this move... being away from my daughter Jessica.  Every time I even think about what I would write I get upset.  There just aren't words.

I was reading one of my favorite bloggers, A Belle Abroad and she recommended another blogger Susannah Conway.   In this post, Susannah asked for comments about our Sweet Interruptions.  Somehow I found the words and posted this comment.

My sweetest interruptions are also painful.  I recently moved from Texas to London.  My baby girl is 24 and didn’t come with me.  Every single day, I experience moments where she just needs to be here with me.  I will see something that I want to show her.  I will hear something that I want us to giggle over.  I will taste something that I want to share with her.   I’ll struggle with something that I need her help with.   I want to touch her face.  I want to see her smile and hear her laugh.  God, I miss that child-of-mine.  Every thought of her is the sweetest interruption and as constant as a heartbeat.

I love you, Sugar Bear!

Thanks for helping me find the words.

  4. Personally, I think Valentine's Day discriminates against singles.
s Day has several legends related to it, but one of the most popular ones relates back to 270 A.
Did you ever want to send Valentines Day flowers, yet wondered what was the best way to go
    about this.
